Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to room availability.

Guests must provide valid ID proof at the time of check-in.

Full or partial advance payment may be required to confirm the reservation.

Check-In & Check-Out Policy

Check-in Time: 12:00 PM

Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guests below 18 years must be accompanied by a valid adult guardian.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before check-in.

Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in may attract one-night retention charges.

No-show bookings are non-refundable.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Child Policy

Children below 5 years can stay free with parents using existing bedding.

Extra bed charges may apply for children above 5 years.

Visitor Policy

Outside visitors are allowed only in lobby/common areas unless approved by hotel management.

Visitors must carry valid government-issued ID proof.

Smoking & Alcohol Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms.

Any damage caused due to smoking or misuse of hotel property will be charged to the guest.

Consumption of alcohol must comply with local laws and hotel regulations.

Damage Policy

Guests will be responsible for any loss or damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

The hotel reserves the right to charge repair or replacement costs.
